The Fitness Room in L-14 (in the Dungeon) has equipment in it! The treadmill and stairmaster are back from summer storage. Harnwell room keys provide access to the room.
The Grand Piano Practice Room, LL-12, is available to those students (Harnwell and Non-Harnwell) who apply to be added to the list of approved users. The Upright Piano Practice Room, LL-13, is available to all residents and approved non-Harnwell students.
The Dance Gallery is available to those who have a reservation. All requests MUST be received at least 3 BUSINESS DAYS in advance of the requested date. No exceptions. Use the "Notes" field to describe any aspects of your request that do not fit into a drop-down menu.
The Study Rooms are available to those with reservations and when not reserved to any Harnwell resident. Residents may get the key from the Info Center if the room is not in use (but must yield to anyone with reservations), and non-residents may use the room if they find it unlocked. Reservations must be requested at least 3 BUSINESS DAYS in advance.
Piano/Music Room--Request for Access in Harnwell
If you would like to become an authorized user of Harnwell's Grand Piano in the Large Dungeon Practice Room, please stop by the House Office to pick up a pink piano form. We're open Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm.
Please note the following fees that apply to applicants who are not residents of Harnwell College House:
$20 annual fee for residents of other College Houses
$40 annual fee for members of the Penn Community who do not live in a College House
These fees may be waived for students taking private lessons in the Blutt College House Music Program with one of Harnwell's College House Music Program Fellows.

Harnwell's Poster Policy
Many of you asked, so here it is:
THE OFFICIAL POSTER POLICY
1. Posters for non-Harnwell events/organizations may not be posted in the lobby without approval from the House Office. (Only tape or tacks should be used on the mesh surface, but that should be done through the House Office.)
2. On Floors 1 through the RTL, non-Harnwell posters may be posted on the bulletin boards on the East side without prior approval.
3. For Floors 1, 2, and the RTL, posters may only be attached using tacks or tape--NO STAPLES. On Floors 3-23, staples are acceptable as well as tacks or tape.
4. Any posters placed in a Harnwell-only area will be ripped down and saved. If we find that your group has posted incorrectly more than three times, you will be fined.
5. Unauthorized "Dorm Storming" by outside groups (e.g., leaving quarter sheets of paper under individual doors at Harnwell) is not allowed.
